The service providers ProspectifAI uses to run the systems we operate for our clients, and what each one handles.
Providers
When we act for a client (see our privacy policy), these providers may process personal information on our behalf. Some are used only when a client enables the related feature.
Amazon Web Services (United States)
Hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and the AI model that answers website chat, provided through Amazon Bedrock. Chat conversations are not used to train models. Used for all clients.
Cloudflare (United States)
DNS and bot protection (Turnstile) on website forms and chat, which processes visitor IP addresses and browser signals. Used for all clients.
Google (United States)
Google Business Profile reviews shown on client websites, and Google Ads conversion reporting. Used where the client enables it.
GorillaDesk (United States)
Syncing contact and service-request details to a client’s field-service software. Used where the client enables it.
Changes to this list
We update this page before a new sub-processor begins handling client data, and we notify clients as their agreements with us require.
