My background is in network and systems engineering and information security. For a decade, that meant thinking about how systems fail under load, where processes break down at scale, and what it takes to build infrastructure that holds when volume increases. That lens doesn't leave you when you look at revenue operations. The patterns are the same: fragile manual processes, single points of failure, and critical signals getting lost because no system was built to capture them.

The clearest version of that problem showed up in webinars. A previous employer ran regular webinars to build thought leadership on complex risk topics.
